Frequently Asked Questions

How long does production take?

Every controller is made to order and built by hand. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the model and current queue. You’ll be notified once your unit ships.

Can I customize colors or components?

Every controller is already designed to be fully customizable in use — configure scales, MIDI channels, CC numbers and banks directly from the device. Because of this, each product already covers a wide range of needs out of the box, so physical customization (colors, components) isn’t offered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs and times vary by destination — you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently bank transfer (bonifico). Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and production begins right after.

Is there a warranty?

Every unit is tested before shipping. If something arrives faulty or stops working under normal use, reach out — issues are handled on a case-by-case basis, and firmware/hardware fixes are usually possible remotely or by mail-in repair.

Is the firmware open source?

Yes — source code, schematics and build files for most projects are available on GitHub.
